		<description>I agree with your observations. One thing I have observed is that schools are increasing their tuition fees annually but the teacher&#039;s salaries remain at a standstill.  

Teaching is a noble profession and teachers should teach competently no matter how meager their paycheck is; but teachers could only make the best of what is provided by the institution.

Just like in the public schools, how can teachers maximize the learning process of students when instructional materials are sadly unavailable.

I rest my case.
